HOTEL POLICIES

GENERAL POLICIES:

Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

Strict action will be taken if someone is found indulged in ill-practices such as gambling, drug intake and other criminal activities inside the room.

Please contact front office for efficient laundry service. Washing of clothes is strictly prohibited as there is acute water shortage in Narkanda.

Hotel is couple-friendly.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY:

Check-in/ Check-out time: 1200 hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID card.

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY:

More than 15 days prior to arrival – Full refund
15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the token amount
Less than 7 days – NO REFUND

 

BOOKING EXTENTION POLICY:

Booking extension is subject to availability.

 

PETS POLICY:

Pets not allowed.
