HOTEL POLICIES

GENERAL POLICIES:

  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to the Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Strict action will be taken if someone is found indulging in ill-practices such as gambling, drug intake, and other criminal activities inside the room.
  • It is agreeably anticipated that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
  • Please contact the front office for an efficient laundry service. Washing of clothes is strictly prohibited as there is an acute water shortage in Narkanda.
  • Cooking in any form is not allowed within the hotel premise. The guests should not use any electrical appliances in the rooms.
  • The hotel is couple-friendly.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY:

  • Check-in Time : 12:30 PM
  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
  • Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID card.

BOOKING PROCEDURE :

Guests who want to make a reservation have to make a deposit of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. A confirmation e-mail/WhatsApp message will be sent once we receive the booking amount.

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • More than 15 days prior to arrival – Full refund
  • 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the booking amount
  • Less than 7 days/ No Show – NO REFUND

BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY:

Any extension of stay at the Hotel is subject to the availability of the rooms at the current ongoing rate and not at the rate at which the original booking was made.

VISITORS POLICY:

  • Visitors are generally allowed to meet guests in the guest rooms during the day.
  • Visitors are not to be allowed to stay overnight.
  • The Hotel front desk requires all visitors to present a government-approved photo identity prior to accessing guest floors/rooms.

QUIET HOURS:

The guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and keep noise levels down after 10 PM, to ensure that all the other guests have a peaceful stay. Excessive noise or disturbances, even after the warnings, can result in penalties or even eviction from the hotel.

PETS POLICY:

Pets not allowed.
